Shipping & Returns Policy

Online purchases are made securely through PayPal or with a major Credit Card.
At this time, the online store is available for Canadian customers, shipping within Canada only. International order inquiries here.

For local orders, you will be contacted to make arrangements for artwork delivery/pickup.
All artwork is shipped from and within Canada via Canada Post.
When required, a shipping option must be selected from the drop-down menu found here and added to cart before checkout.
Orders will be shipped out once a week to allow for separate administrative and studio hours.
Some photography prints are in stock. If the print is not indicated in stock please allow 2-3 weeks from order date for its arrival to allow for processing, printing and shipping times.
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to minimize the risk of shipping damage.

Shipping Options for Matted Prints

Print w/ Delivery in Fort McMurray * No shipping/delivery/handling charge
- Arrangements for Delivery or Pickup will be made for orders within Fort McMurray/Fort McKay/Anzac area.
Print w/ Letter Shipping * $10
- This is the most cost effective shipping option. The matted print is carefully packaged in a rigid mailer envelope and labelled with a "do not bend" sticker. There is no tracking or insurance and purchaser assumes all risk.
Print w/ Parcel Shipping * $25
- This shipping option allows for tracking and insurance. The matted print is carefully packaged in a rigid mailer envelope and labelled with a "do not bend" sticker. In the event of damage or lost mail your order will be replaced at no cost.
Multiple Prints (up to 10) * $25
- This shipping option allows for tracking and insurance. The matted prints are carefully packaged in a rigid mailing box. In the event of damage or lost mail your order will be replaced at no cost.

Shipping Options for Calendars

1 wall calendar = 2 desk calendars
1 wall/2 desk Letter * $10

1 wall/2 desk Parcel * $25
- This shipping option allows for tracking and insurance. The calendars are carefully packaged in a rigid mailer envelope and labelled with a "do not bend" sticker. In the event of damage or lost mail your order will be replaced at no cost.
Multiple Calendars (combination equalling from 2-10 desk calendars) * $25
- This shipping option allows for tracking and insurance. The calendars are carefully packaged in a rigid mailing box. In the event of damage or lost mail your order will be replaced at no cost.
Multiple Calendars (combination equalling from 11-20 desk calendars) * $35
- This shipping option allows for tracking and insurance. The calendars are carefully packaged in a rigid mailing box. In the event of damage or lost mail your order will be replaced at no cost.

All sales are final. Online products are one of a kind original artworks and/or special order fine-art photographs. As such, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the order has been received and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
